Henry Fessy gamay noir 2016
This Gamay Noir reveals a deep ruby color. It offers red fruits, lightly spicy notes. Of a remarkable softness and a nice concentration, the mouth is full of fresh fruits flavors. A very pleasant wine with soft tannins. Owner of an exceptional estate, the vineyards of Maison Henry Fessy extend over more than 70 hectares (175 acres) in the heart of the best Crus. Originally from Burgundy, the Gamay Noir is a naturally fruity grape variety that gives elegant and balanced wines. The reintroduction of the owl in the vineyard was carried out in order to sustainably combat and eliminate rodents and other animals that destroyed the vine.
